SOMETHING PERSONAL: Jack and his wife Judy married in 1965 and are blessed with two children and five grandchildren.

PROFESSIONAL FOCUS: Jack enjoys learning and staying current with an ever changing real estate market that has become truly global. Jack is pleased with his work when he has accomplished his clients’ real estate objectives.

Licensed in 1980 (OR#800200274), Jack has extensive real estate training, education and practical experience in a number of disciplines. He has earned certifications or designations recognized both nationally and internationally by the National Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Home Builders®. He is listed in WHO’S WHO in International Real Estate, 2008 edition and is the 2008-2009 Chairman of the Oregon Association of REALTORS® International Business Council’s Advisory Board. February 2008 Jack was inducted into REMAX INTERNATIONAL, INC., HALL OF FAME in recognition for his significant contribution to the network's success.

BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY AND WORKING STYLE: When I entered the industry in 1980, I had absolutely no clue . . . However, what I have learned over the years is to never take my business or my clients for granted. Subscribing to a strict code of ethics and professional standards of practice establish working guidelines and boundaries I can live by, and that is very important to me.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING :

REAL ESTATE CREDENTIALS:

Jack works in the general areas of single family residential, investment properties (1 to 4 units), vacant lots & land and represented clients in commercial leasing, business opportunities, first time homebuyers, primary home ownership and investors in a variety of price ranges up to several million dollars.
