SOMETHING PERSONAL: Heather has lived in Oregon since 1976. She moved to the Eugene/Springfield area in 1995 and met her husband while attending the University of Oregon. They have been married since 2000 and happily live in Springfield.
PROFESSIONAL FOCUS: Heather started in the mortgage business as a loan processor. She quickly learned the integral parts of a loan file and was promoted to Loan Officer. Her day is complete when her customers are happy and ready to refer her to their friends and family.
Up to date information and training is an important part of being a successful loan officer. Heather continues to learn all she can about the mortgage and real estate business. This gives her the ability to do the best job possible for her clients.
BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY AND WORKING STYLE: As cliché as it may sound, I do my job following a couple of simple personal guidelines; tell the truth and treat others how you would like to be treated. Many extra hours are spent in the office to make sure that my customers are taken care of and I put in the same effort for each customer.
